This service receives and values the needs of people who meet an important difficulty on a particular point so as to direct them towards the proper services or to initiate a request for priority help.

It put a team of professionals to the disposal of people so as to put in place and to help in the steps which are part of the RMI program.

The Service Solidarité Insertion also works in partnership with local associations and institutions so as to propose even more services in terms of preventive actions (tutor neighbors program, heatwave plan, winter emergency plan, etc.), access to culture (cultural passports, special tariffs in multimedia libraries, etc.), access to sports ( help in the registration and for the gears, etc.) and help to the RSA recipients.
