The social center is located in the Promelles Neighborhood and works all the year round, from Monday to Friday during school periods and from Monday to Saturday during the holidays. Summer holidays benefit from a special organization defined according to the program of activities of the Center.
The aim of the Center is to offer to everyone a chance to take part into a multiplicity of activities adapted to your wants ant to your family, thanks to the partnership created with different associations and institutions.

The reception desk of the Social Center for Travellers is opened all the year round from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm.

Leisure Reception Center for children aged 6 to 11

• School Time: every Wednesday from September to June, from 1.30 am to 6 pm.
• Holidays: from Monday to Friday (except on legal holidays), from 1 pm to 6 pm.

Children must be accompanied by their parents. The Director or the activities team must be informed at least one day in advance if there should be an arrival after 2pm.
Families can take their children back from 5 pm.

Leisure Reception Center for teens aged 12 to 17

• School Time from September to June:
  Wednesday from 1 pm to 7 pm, two activities proposed for each center.
  Friday from 6.30pm to 8.30 pm, for activities.
  Saturday from 1pm to 6 pm with three activities proposed in each center.
• Holidays:
  From Monday to Saturday from 1 pm to 7 pm (except on legal holidays)
  Teens must be accompanied by their parents.
  In the afternoon: teens should arrive between 1 and 2 pm.
  Families can retrieve their children from 5 pm.
  As far as free access is concerned, the city council accepts no liability if children leave the leisure center without any coordinator, and on the way from the Center to their home.

• PMI reception – Infant Consulting
  Parking and Reception area for Travelers, on the 1st Thursday of each month from 2. to 3.30 pm
  Workshops for Adults; on Tuesday from 1..30 to 4.30 pm
  Workshops for families, on Wednesday from 1.30 to 5pm.
  Workshops for Parents and their Children, on Friday from 2 to 4.30pm.

You can register at the Mairie Prim’ (rue Michelet, Alès). Your registration will cover the school time period ( from September 15th to june 30th).

You must register before you begin attending the Center.
Once your registration form has been properly completed, you will be handed the membership card which you need to reach the social center and the leisure center.
Registrations are taken into account according to the availability (reception capacity of each group).
