Each Apartment has:

• A living room
• A shower room and a toilet (adapted to handicapped people)
• A balcony
• Phone sockets
• A bedroom for the two rooms flats
• Air conditioning
• An entry phone

Each resident can embellish their apartment at their convenience.
The resident has to bring his or her own household linen and dishes.
The everyday upkeep of the house is in the charge of the resident.
For people who want to, the home nursing service can provide a home help or a nurse aide on demand. There is also a possibility to receive the Aide Personnalisée à l’Autonomie (APA – Personalized Assistance for Autonomy).
A nightwatchman is on duty to make the Foyer Résidence sure.

The resident can choose their nurse aides and their doctors.
A usual care service with 3 state-registered nurses and a nurse aide provides for cares 7 days a week from 8 am to 7.30pm in accordance with doctor’s instructions.
This service also makes sure that the medicines have been taken. Nurses, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other liberal paramedical staff provide for cares on prescription.
The nursing team also proposes activities to train the residents’ memory.

Each week, different kinds of workshops are animated by the “Service Animation Senior” (Activities Service for Seniors). These workshops are proposed for free to our residents (lotto, painting, games, excursion, etc.).
This service is complemented by the Club des Résidents et Amis du Foyer des Oliviers, which gathers every Thursday afternoon and organizes lottos, games and discussions…
Video screenings, and thematic excursions are also organized on a regular basis in the Residence.
Each holidays are celebrated in the Residence (Father & Mother’s Day, Christmas, Elder Meal, Semaine Bleue, and summer activities).
Several voluntary workers, ( associations, schools, writers, scouts, Children Council), intervene in the life of the Residence on a regular basis.
A Mediabus is regularly present in front of the Residence.

Tariffs are calculated according to the surface of the apartment and to the income of the tenant.
The bill is to be paid monthly.

• Guest meal: 8.50€*
