Alès inhabitants thus have a guaranteed low price in addition to the maintenance of the drinking water network.

RéAL proposes several possibility for the payment of your water bill:

• direct debit
• monthly payment (on the 5th, 10th or 15th of each month from January to October)
• payment in cash, bank or post office checks or postal money orders
• On phone or Direct Bank Card Payment

The Water Meter Reading is done once a year.
If the person in charge of the water meter reading couldn’t check your water meter when he visited you, he will leave a pre-stamped letter-card so that you can fill in it with the missing information and send it back to us.

When you move house or leave the place where you live, buy or sale a real property: you should to go to the company's office with your lease or your rent cancellation and the inventory of fixtures or a deed of sale, in addition with your Water Meter Reading Statement.

You are a new real property owner in Alès and wish to have a junction built or a water meter settled. Please come to RéAL’s reception desk with:

• A title deed
• A cadastral survey statement

• If there is a leak before your water meter or in front of the place you live in, call REAL.
• If there is a leak after your water meter, call your plumber or your renter.
