If you decide to begin junction works for a habitation built after the sewer has come into service, your construction permit will include a participation in the junction works. This expense will be set according to the SHON*

• From 0 to 49.99m²: 800€
• From 50 to 99.99m²: 900€
• From 100m² upwards: 1 000€

* the SHON (net area which doesn't include the buildings) is a French legal acronym used in town planing
