Alès Film festival "itinérances"
Alès Film Festival is a general show created in 1983. It is one of the most important film events in the South of France.

Each spring, this event gathers more than 43 000 moviegoers and special guests for a ten-day showing in seven screening rooms (including the Cratère's room, a 900 seats room). More than 200 films are presented each year, among which 20 to 30 new films or sneak previews.

An annual retrospective proposes about fifty films around the theme of "travellings".

For almost 30 years now, the festival has deeply anchored in the cultural scene of the region, with an assortment of short film contests, programs for young audiences, tributes, concerts, thematic nights.
